Do i need to add dechlorinator to store bought RO water?

I have a 55g FOWLR tank and buy premixed RO saltwater for water changes as well as RO fresh water from my LFS for top offs. Today, I bought 5 gallons of Culligan RO water out of one of those machines at my local grocery store instead because it is much cheaper. Do I need to add dechlorinator? I never have previously in water purchased at my LFS. Does anyone just use dechlorinated tap water for top-offs and water changes for a FOWLR tank? It would be much easier...

there's an easy way for everything. you could just add toilet water, thats easy to but you would not do it.
only tap water will have chlorine in it, store bought water should have none. But you can still add a bit. I use Prime as its really good.
You should get an Ro/Di unit they have gone down in price alot, then you will not have to go to the store for top off water.

I'm sorry Pete, but I did not understand much of this.
True ro water has nothing in it, and that nothing includes no chlorine and no ammonia. So do not add any conditioner to your RO water if you know for sure that your LFS changes its cartridges regularly.
