do i really need zoecon vitiamns?

some of my fish i have had for 5-8 years and never gave them any vitiamns and they have been doing fine all this time.. so do i really need it? let me know cause i don't want to spend $25 bucks at my LFS for some if i don't need it --- thanks guys

Here is MO...if it isn't broke don't fix it.
I use zoe in my tank to help stressed fish. Split fins, little nips.
If over used you can create algea blooms.

I have been soaking the krill in zoe for about a year and I am not sure if it helps, but have not lost a fish yet, but if you have not used anything for that many years then you must be doing something right, all I can say is that it has worked for me. I think it is a matter of your own preference. Good Luck

do a search for pet sites..I found some for $12. and you only use a couple of drops at a time...lasts longer than you think. I didn't use it for 4 years, but I do believe my tangs have more color now (my husband even noticed it). :D My corals don't seem to mind a bit either. I figure it may have something in it that I'm not able to get to them?
