I have had a blue leg hermit in my tank for awhile now and today i went and bought more hermits and I think they are red leg hermits! They keep fighting with each other! Are you not supposed to buy two different types of hermits??

My blue legs have been killing the red-legs I bought for their shells. Or because they're bored. I'm not really sure.
Hermits can be fairly nasty towards each other and snails in the tank. Sometimes there will be homicides, sometimes everyone gets along.

Well i ended up putting the blue leg hermit in my 75 that has only been up for about a little over 2 weeks because i only had one blue leg! I kept the red legs in the other tank! Even if the blue leg does not survive he probably would have killed the others anyway! And it will help my 75 gallon cycle! So everything worked out!
