I guess those that fade into the sunset either truly disagreed with something, or just found somewhere esle. Those that feel the need to make a statement are really just getting one last publicity grab....

I faded a coupe of times in the past, but it has nothing to do with the people or the sight. Sometimes, people just get busy.
I think that's what happened to RazorEQX, Thomas719 (#-?), and a whole bunch of others who's avatars I can see in my mind, but usernames, I have forgotten...

LOL! I get a big kick out of people who do that. Like a three year old. "I'm never posting here again" Are you going to blow raspberries at me next? Need a pat on the back that people care? Then are they lurkers after that? I've left and come back a few times but it's more due to activity on here or what's going on at home, in the summer I spend too much time outside and forget about the tanks.

I have the market cornered on wandering in and out of the discussions here.
At times I am gone for months but I always resurface later. I am the odd duck already. I know most, most know me. No harm in getting busy with living your life. We abuse these poor boards to almost chat levels but the nitty gritty of most really great threads take months to evolve so it always works out.
Nice to be missed, but borderline scary to be stalked via email if your gone for a few days/weeks.

In my case I honestly though for some reason I was banned, or someone told me never to come back or some like that. But I have been just trying to work on my addiction of purchasing corals (as funny as that may sound it used to be a big problem to my bank account) but now that I trust myself enough I m going to start my tank back up again and see where that gets me this time.
