Just having a little moral crisis here, buffered with Wild Turkey and Coke..LOL Been reading alot about our universe and looked at my tank and said "I set up a Universe right here" I get sad when a creature dies......I get happy when a creature thrives...I do everything to make sure my little heaven is the best ...Is that so bad????

God created earth in 6 days and on the 7th day he rested. It takes alot longer than that to cycle a tank and you can not rest in this hobby. But that is if you believe in god. Happy holidays or MERRY CHRISTMAS to you all.

No matter how beautiful our tanks get, they never compare with the real thing.. so, at best, we are trying to imitate God. That's my limited opinion anyway...
and I loved the 6 day reference! It's been 6 months and I am just now to the point where I don't walk into my office full of dread wondering if anything died...

More like the tank is in control of me. I constantly panic and stress over my tank. Whenever a coral doesn't open fully or something looks weird my girlfriend almost has to slap me back into coherance.
