Do you know what kind of trigger this is??

We bought a trigger today and the lfs said it is a redtail but i looked at the pictures and it don't look like it to me! Anyone know what kind it is thanks!?

Not a red tail, look that up on this site as a sargassum trigger=red tail. That is a pink tail trigger, reef safe supposed to be one of the mildest triggers. They don't have them here kinda wonder why they seem to be easy fish to keep.

Actually I think that is an Indian Trigger, closely related to the pinktail

That looks like a Pinktail with a faded pink tail (more red then pink).

pink tail . It might be sick if the coloring is off . keep an eye on it

i have the same thing in my tank it is a pinktail trigger very calm but some my and can be mean. but most are very easy going . mean gets his ass kicked but my passer had to remove the trigger

Well i don't think hes sick but i'll keep an eye on him! Its more orange than pink actually!

could just be stressed from shipping . A good diet and stress free inviorment and he will be even more beautiful than he already is .
