No they are good for other coral as well. Most other coral dont carry harmful pest like sps will. The red bugs AEFW and monti eating nudis are very small and some may make it past the dips which is why qting your coral is important. This way after awhile if they survive the dip you can detect them and do another dip or other treatment to rid the coral from them.
