Im having a serious problem i working on my second algae pack and its like soon as the snails touch my tank they keep dying. I dont know if its because my tank isnt cicled right or what. I had a 404 fluval cicling my tankwith a triger for about 2 weeks then i brought a wet dry setup and its been setup for about two days and i brought another algae pack and once again the snails i think or not moving. Can some 1 help me with this problem because i am new too the game.

Did you buy the tank, or the wet dry used? Do you know if anything has ever been treated with copper? How do you acclimate the inverts?

It's cycling don't, expect ANYTHING to live. Next time cycle with raw shrimp not live animals, it burns there gills, overall tortures them, and 90% of the time kills them.

Right but not all new hobbiests know this and get this advice from a local fish store. How long have you had your tank? Do you have test kits? If so test and post your ammonia (should be zero), nitrite (should be zero), and nitrate (as close to zero as possible but 10-15ppm is not bad and easy to fix). Also, inverts require much longer acclimation than fish. They are salt sensitive and require a specific gravity of 1.024-1.026.
