Does anybody know how to use photoshop?

I have been trying to get an avatar recently,and I can't seem to find a pic that is 100 by 100 or less,they're all way to big.I know that I can resize the pictures into "avatar size" in this software,but I don't know how to use it.Can somebody tell me how to resize pictures using "photoshop"?

There is an image drop down menu at the top of the page . . . click on that and look for the selection that says image size. You should be able to resize there. If not, I can look again when I get home. I dont have the program at work with me . . .
