Does anyone know is this a bi color angel?

They told me it was a bi color but when I asked if they had any bi colors they told me no. Then I saw this fish and told them I wanted it and when I asked what it was they said a bi color. I am confused!

It does not have the blue on its forehead so I am confused!

People are saying rock beauty but it is not black it's blue bright blue and yellow like bi color! Please help!

From those pics I would say rock beauty, holacanthus tricolor if you can get better pics of its side then I'd be able to tell you a 100% what it is.
