Does it matter what kind of Anthias

I am thinking about getting some Anthias for my tank and I am wondering, because I see that they are schoolong fish and they should have one male and many females does it matter if I mix and match with the females? I wouldn't want my tank to only have one kind of fish in it. Also when they are schooling fish some say odd numbers are the best. Is that really true?

What size tank? Anthias are very active fish and need to be feed several times a day so they do add a lot of bioload, generally pick one species unless it's a large tank and one male to two or more females I believe, some kinds are very difficult to keep, make sure you research them fully.
