I am having a problem with PH, it is only like 7.9, and I will be changing to live sand tomorrow. Do you think this will raise the PH? And keep it in check? Because having crushed shells for a substrate definitley isn't helping.
Does Live Sand keep PH in check?

It may help at first,but I doubt if there is any long term affect from sand..There are addatives you can get that keep it at 8.2
