Hey guys this is the longest GBTA I have had in my tank and want to make sure he is looking ok. He had been in the tank for 1 month now and he does open and the clowns do take care of him. All "seem" happy.
Thank you.

Looks great to me; if its been in the tank for a month it should be good. Tentacles look nice and colorful and inflated. Just make sure to try to feed it every week or so and keep the water quality up and you shouldn't have problems

Overall shape of tentacles and body look good.
Color looks poor to me, but you know time and good lighting will heal that.
777~ I forget, did you loose that LTA was it? with the insides sticking out?

Thomas, I did loose the LTA. He never recovered.
I think the hermits were snacking on him at night. Funny in a way, the tank has a way of taking care of it's self. ***)
I thought the color was off a bit, but I am new to anemones. I do not feed him. I will get some silversides tonight and see if he will eat.

Water look ok?

Are these pics taken with the flash on?
That might explain why he looks oddly colored.

That prolly explains it, try taking a picture with the flash on, it wont bleach out the picture like that and the anemone will look more vivid. What kind of lights are you running again?

I gave him a silverside last night, he is a very happy.
One problem, a hermit fell in the mouth, will he expell him later or is he a gonner?
Funny story: the first piece of fish, a pepp shrimp came and snagged it from anemone, while the pair were out eating. When she came back, and saw the shrimp chowing down on the silverside, she ran him and the others off, she was mad  . When I dropped the 2nd piece in.....she swam out, grabbed it, fed it to the anemone and stood guard till the anemone ate.
I guess you have to pay rent sometime.
