Does my clown have ich?

I have a black clown that might be starting to get ich. I was just wondering what everyone thought. He has been eating fine. I have a 29g with one regular perc in it also. My tank has been running for about 3 months now.

It looks like ich although it is hard to see in your picture.
Has one of the fish been introduced within the past month? This would make ich more likely.

Yes this black one was introduced on April 6th. My other clown does not appear to have any white spots on him. He is bigger than my black one. He pushes him around sometimes. Do you think that he is causing this. If I were to take the black one out now will this prevent my regular perc from getting ich?

If both fish are eating and otherwise doing well, you don't need to rush to start treatment. Perhaps get a QT started now.
If more spots develop or other symptoms develop (such as scratching against rocks, labored breathing) treatment (with hyposalinity(preferred) or copper) should be started. Then you can be 100% sure that it is ich. Unfortunately, you have to assume that all the fish in your tank are infected now.
