Are the spots small white dots? It is a little unclear in the picture. How long ago did you get him? Was he tank raised or wild caught?

They are whitish... Some of the spots look like they are flaking off him... Like it's dead skin...
I bought him at Tropiquarium in Ocean Township New Jersey, not sure if it's tank raised or wild.

I have few other fish in the tank, 2 BW clowns, CB Angel, Cleaner Shrimp, another gold Neon Goby, Sixline Wrasse.... And a Green Mad...
Some of my other fish have some white spots on them, but it looks to be tank sand or debris... It just falls off.....

Unfortunately you have introduced ich into your display tank and all of your fish, with the exception of the mandarine, will now need to be treated. You will need a QT tank large enough to house these fish for 6 weeks. While you are out pick up a sponge filter to add to your display to gather bacteria. Place the sponge filter in the display in a high flow area for a few days to gather bacteria then place the sponge into the QT.

If I get a new tank for this purpose can I get a bigger tank. I have the 24 Gall Aquapod, and want to go bigger. Is there a way I can kill 2 birds with one stone here??
Also how about a fresh water dip for the Neon??

Do NOT FW dip this fish. If the ich is real bad then get a bottle of Methylene blue. Put the goby into a bucket and add some Meth and a powerhead and heater if needed. Leave him in there for a few hours. It is completely safe. Do NOT add the meth to a tank. It will completely destroy your biological filtration. As for killing two birds with one stone, get the larger tank and move all of your inverts and rock into it. Inverts do not have a significant bioload, your fish do.

Could I get the new tank running in time?? The tank would be new water and un cycled.
My CB Angelfish was dead this morning. He had big white lumps on him... About 6 of them.. Much bigger than the specs of white ich. Also my clowns look bad. The BW's have whites discoloration on them... My Sixline Wrasse is gone...

I thought you were going to set up a larger tank and move your rocks and inverts. The fish would still be in their cycled display.

Now this is my clown. note the red dots are on the glass, but the fish looks terrible, he is breathing really hard, and laying on teh sand. His partner is a tad above him, with the same spots, but not on the sand yet....
Another pic..

I tried some of the stop parasite solution today.... The clowns looked like this in the morning when I found the CB Angel dead. I came back 2 hours later, and they looked fine swimming around with no probnlems.... later today the went back to this ghost like state... All white ... THE BW clown above his black tail, I can litterally see threw it now....

Ok they are in bad shape. Can you get to the LFS tommorow? Pick up some Methylene blue. Pull some water into a bucket and let them sit in there for a few hours. It will knock alot of the parasites off of them. How are they tonight?

The 2 BW Clowns look a heck of a lot better this morning. I did see some slime around the tank, is it possible they looked so pale beacuse they shedded their coats away??
Also I continued the Stop Parasite meds..... Bottle says 5 days.... 2wice a day...
