does my trigger have itch??

my trigger has been acting wierd over the weekend and i need answers quick! he has a wierd kinda blurry look in 1 of his eyes its certaintly not clear because i can see the other eye and theres a big difference... and if any 1 knows what is wrong with my niger trigger help would be much appriciated

Did you check the levels of your tank? ph? ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, specific gravity?
