Does Purple Plus work?

Purple Plus is actually a calcium supplement. No matter what you use, I find this to be true in every tank Ive seen. Test the calcium, keep it maintained around 400-450 ppm. If it is a new system, expect the coralline growth to take off after 6-8 months. Its a waiting game, and depends mostly on system maturity and stability.

just get a good 2- part calcium supplement and test for calcium while doesing. Dont dose blind it could cause problems as far as the purple up IMO its not worth the money as long as you keep conditions right in the tank the coraline algae will grow if conditions arent right it wont grow.
