Does Pyrex block UV???

after i purchase some DE MH bulbs i will need to block the UV rays with glass so i was wondering if pyrex also blocks UVs....i was going to use quarts but i found out it doesnt block UV....so does anyone know if pyrex blocks UVs?

well i cant find tempered glass in a cylinder shape...only pyrex... anyone know how much it filters UVs?

one good thing about the pyrex is i think it has a great temp rating....isnt it the stuff that people use for cooking dishes
