Does RO or DI or RO/Di eliminate use of test kits?

if YOU HAVE AN RO, RODI, OR DI FILTER, DOES THIS MAKE THE COMMOM NITRITE AND NITRATE AND AMMONIA TEST KITS A WASTE OF MONEY.......WILL THESE BE GONE FROM THE WATER?

No. You will still need to test your water. RO water is only the starting point. Your tank will still need to cycle, and your levels will fluctuate depending on the bioload.
A good test kit is a must have.

Using RO/DI water only means that you will be using better quality water. Ammonia, nitrites, nitrates are bi-products of fish and invert waste. So you still do need to test for those every few days. What you dont have to test for, or test for as much is things like phosphates and copper.
