Does this fish have ich??

Hi sorry about the pic not to clear he is a fats one.
It is on the orange part the 2 white strips sort of. He has more down him.

From the pic, it does sort of look like ich. Ich looks like salt sprinkled on the body and fins.

it is not like little dots its like white lines up and down his body. from his head to his fins

Do you have him in a hosptial tank? How long have you had the fish?

No the fish is not in a hospital tank don;t have one yet but in the process.Should it be??? i have had it for about 2 1/2 weeks now.I did not think it was ich becuase its not white spots and if he ius just stressed or somthing thats better then ich. But why is he stressed?? Do blennies naturally need somthing i am not suppling?
