Does this setup sound sufficient?

I have a 72g FO aquarium with live sand and some live rock(30-45lbs.). I use a fluval 404, a Prizm skimmer, and a powersweep powerhead that flows at 270GPH and rotates. First question is does this setup sound like a good strong setup or am i missing something? My second question is at what level in the water should i place the powerhead for optimal use? Thanks

Place the power head at the top of the tank pointing up to adgitate the surface. I would also highly recommend buying another power head. one will not be enough.
