In what size tank? The larger the tank the better the chance for succes is from what I've read.

as long as the tank is big enough (>100G), there should be no problem. In what size tank do you plan to put dogface and porky?

even in a relatively small tank, they wouldn't fight at all. they are all easy-going fishes, ignoring their tankmates most of the time.
