dogface puffer?

i just put a dogface in my tank he looks good but he just stays in one spot most of the time is this ok?do they not move around alot?

Mine was like that for the first few days, now he is very aware of when i am watching,he gets active a lot. very cool fish.

yep, definitely normal for a new puffer.

I also have a dg puffer and he is my absolute favorite fish! I swear he has his own personality. When I first got him, he stayed in the back corner on the sand and he didn't eat. After three days he started to get more comfortable and now he eats like there is no tomorrow and he swims 98% of the time. He does get "pouty" whenever I make any kind of change. If I do a water change or add a new fish, he goes back to his corner for a day then he's back to normal. Good luck with yours!

oh man, sounds to familiar when i added my huma huma he did the same exact thing but he went and retreated on his little rock with his tail curved,lol :hilarious :hilarious
