doing a 38 gal FOWLR need light advice

My tank is a hand me down and the light is a single bulb T12 floresent light. I am wanting to know what type bulb to by for it. I'm doing Live Rock, but not doing corals but may want to put in an anemone for the clowns. I'm not sure what to Choose from: 10,000K high-intensity, purified super-daylight lamp, Actinic 03 Blue & Full Spectrum Trichromatic

Adding an anemone will require VERY high intensity lights. You will have to replace your entire fixture to house an anemone. If you want to keep a FOWLR, you can just replace the bulb you have now if you want or keep it till it burns out. The only benefit you will have is less algae.
