Doing Away With Tank - What do I do with my fish/equipment?

I am relocating and I need to sell my tank because I will be unable to have it in my new home. I have posted the aquarium on craigslist but have had very few responses. Does anyone have any other suggestions? I have it listed for $1000. Is that to high? To Low?
The tank is a 55 gallon saltwater tank. It comes with an JEBO Halide light that is 120V 60Hz light. I paid $600 dollars for the light 3 years ago. The light does have HQI lighting.
There is at least 75-80lbs of live rock in the tank. The rock is Premium Fiji rock and has a lot of color. I bought the rock right here at saltwaterfish.com.
The filter is a wet dry filter that is eShopps brand with overflow for up to 75 gallons. It comes with the pump and all other accessories.
I also includes 2 Power Heads, the live sand, and skimmer in addition to the testing kits and glass algae scraper.
The fish I have are: 2 maroon clowns, 1 red firefish, 1 purple firefish, 1 green mandarin goby, 1 serpant star fish, 1 orange linka, 1 anemone, shrimp, snails, and crabs.
If anyone has any suggestions or advice I would greatly appreciate it. I am moving in June. Thanks!

Your tank sounds so nice. You will never get a good price form selling it. It is just a fact of life. Can’t you move it? Give away the fish and move it…set up in a basement or something. I can’t imagine life without a tank in the house.

Unfortunately, I am moving into a small apartment and my new lease prohibits any type of water filled furniture. I specifically asked about an aquarium and was told no.
I have posted the light and live rock as seperate items on craigslist and I have the tank listed in its entireity. I have already seen that I will probably not get the true value of any of my items but I may have no other choice.
Does anyone have any suggestions other than Craigslist? I inquired at a local pet store about them buying the live rock and equipment but they do not do that type of thing.
