Domino Damsel Color Fading

My domino damsel's color is fading and looks blotchy. Is this normal or a sign that he is sick or has a disease?

Thay to fade as thay get older.

this is why i dont like keeping damsels in my tank, after a while they change into... well lets just say they look like gramma and grandpas.
humans get wrinkly, fish fade color.

Dominoes are Black. I've seen some pretty large/old dominos that are still black.
I pulled a faded one out of my overflow. He was very unhealthy, thus he faded.
A faded fish is also a sign of malnutrition, whatcha feeding it??
Oh and when they sleep they get all weird colored
