Domino sick!

Hey i have a domino damsel and about a week ago he started getting paler in color in his head. THan a white spot formed. Than the white spot started eating away at his head. So now there's a big chunk missing out of his head and i'm goinig....YIKES!!
Is this some kind of parasite. Also, i dont not have a QT!! DOH!
i dont think he's going to make it. I have no idea what i could do to treat him either. any help and advice appreciated. thanks

Do you have a pic? How long have you had this fish? Is there a possibility that the fish is being harrassed?

sigh* he just died this morning. He has been in my tank for a good month and a half with the same fish, no changes, and all have been doing fine. All of a sudden he just acquired this disease and it spread fast. He still acted fine which i thought was weird. It wasnt only till the day b4 he died that i noticed him hiding a bit more than normaly. I got him out of the tank as soon as i could so i just hope the disease does not spread. It just teaches me a lesson to have a QT setup. Does anyone know what the disease might have been. It was a gian white spot on his face that started eating away at his body. Unusual to me. thanks
