Dr Tim One & Only

My 180 gallon set up with dry rock and dry sand was brought to 76 degrees. I added Dr Tim's One & Only Nitrifying Bacteria then my 2 Ocellaris Clowns immediately as directed.
There are no other sources of bacteria, no live rock, and no live sand.
The cycling takes place from the bacteria feeding off of the wastes (ammonia) produced by the fish.
My ammonia reading were Day 1 = 0, Day 2, 3, 4 = 0.25, Day 6, 7 = 0
My nitrites and nitrates were Zero each day.
My questions are:
If I just sit and wait for lets say 3 months, will ANYTHING begin to grow from the Dr Tim's product?
Do I have to add anything else (i.e. live rock) to initiate growth or move to the next step in my tanks process?
Are my water parameter acceptable and could I add more fish and some inverts in 2 weeks? Should I be seeing any nitrites or nitrates? The tank is filled with RODI water.
I don't fully understand the process which is why I have asked this. Will my dry rock and dry sand change over time from the product in a bottle?
I don't want this to sound like I am rushing because that is not the intent. The intent is that I am waiting with the proper things in place. If I need to go buy some live rock tonight then I will but if I don't then I will wait.

From what I've read on the product and it's reviews suppose to be decent, but haven't personally used it.....Actually I've been seeing quite a bit of it's use lately.....
