First of all, what size is your tank?

They are not reef safe, can get very large, need plenty of food, burrow wherever they want and can knock over rock.... IMO Neat looking fish but not the best for keeping in home aquariums

I kept a Dragon Wrasse in an aggresive tank for about 3 years. Eventually he was big enough (7"+) to whoop up on a large Humu Humu Trigger, and that's when he had to go. He outgrew the trigger and a 90g tank in that period of time.
They are an AWESOME fish though. If I had a big enough aggressive tank a Dragon Wrasse would definitely be on my list of fish to get. I don't think that it would be good with your tankmates....JMO.

It will not be good for the tank mates you listed. With the fish you listed, I would assume your tank is not on the large side, something that dragon wrasses definitely need in order to do well.
