Drain in the sump

My drain makes a big turbulance and therefore lots of bubbles in the sump, some of these bubbles find the way to the dt, would rocks or balls in the bottom of the sump help? Any other solution?

4 baffles total, from left to right I have the drain area, two baffles, the fuge, two other baffles and the return area with a Mag 3.
It's a 15 gal tall
