So I just got back from Cozumel, Mexico. Mind you the only scuba diving I had done prior to this was about 15 feet of water in St. Croix off a pier (which at the time, I thought was pretty cool)
HOLY GUACAMOLE was Cozumel amazing. The whole west side of the island is like one big reef, between 15 feet and 150 feet of depth. And the coolest part, was that there was a constant south to north current that slowly escorted you up the coast. I guess they call it "drift diving".
I ended up going to about 80 feet at the most, as saw SO much wildlife. It was crazy. And they say that the reef is only about half of what it was before Hurricane Wilma rolled through a few years back...
So with that being said, where is the coolest place you have ever SCUBA dived? I am pretty much hooked now and want to go as often as I can!
