can some one help

i am in the process of buying LR
i have a new 140 tank
and will receive my RO/DI today

i was thinking in glueing the rocks together to form some sort of design,
but then i read on drilling the rocks, wich method works best?
this if for those that have glued the rocks
can you tell me your experience and if you had the chance again would you use glue again (wich brand)?
also for those that drilled
what type of tubing (hard ariline, plastic, etc) did you use or recomend to peg the rocks together
is it even a good idea to go about with this for aquascaping

I have not done either, I just stacked my rock up. I have bought rock from a tank that was glued and the rock had no problem whatsoever coming apart. It was almost like the glue wasn't there. The glue did not break but the rock kind of like fell apart where the glue was.
I have seen rock pinned and I would think this would be the way to go if you were to use either of the 2 methods.

I just stacked mine, but did use some aquarium-safe epoxy putty to help steady it up, put blobs of it where the two rocks didn't meet exactly how I wanted or needed them to.

I stacked mine as well and then used a little marine epoxy in a couple of places to hold some arches together.
