ok i am goin to make a 10 gallon sump/refgium and i am goin to get the water out of my many tank by a hole. so the question is i already have water in my tank could i take some out and start drilling or do i have to take it all out? and what kind of drill bit should i use (i can also ask the guys at home depot this too). and what kind of selent should i use?
