dsb 4 fish only tank help reef experts!

how would a dsb sand bed work as primary filtration for a fish only tank?
or would it be best to combind the dsb with a wet dry for superior water quality?
im curious

I think there should be dsb in every tank holding saltwater. With a dsb and at least 1lb per gallon of live rock is good filtration. But look into a skimmer. Alot of fish means alot of protiens. <a href="http://hometown.aol.com/flmeangl44/index.html" target="_blank">
