DSB - Just Ordered

I just ordered 40lbs of the Nature's Ocean Live Sand! (It shows on receipt as Samoan Live Sand - Hope it is the same stuff, because the web page said Nature's Ocean.
Thanks for all the advise. I'll get some regular sand to mix with this 40lbs for a 4" sand bed. Wait for 2-3 days. Add a few pieces of LR and some shrimp -- and watch the process happen!

natures ocean sand is good for cycling but does not have the "critters" in there that you want,I see you are going to add lr that is where the critters come from or an already established sand bed..I didnt see what size tank you have but at least 1 lb of lr per gal. is a good idea..good luck
