Dual CPR Bak Pak 2

I had heard from many people on this site that the powerheads on this are not really good. Any suggestions on what I can use instead of what come with it so that it will work better? Thanks.

i have the CPR BAk Pak 2R and it works well on my 45gal. but i don't have a big bio load, and i have a separate filter running. since i got it about 2 months ago my water has been crystal clear. i'm very happy with it.
