I am setting up a 140Gal tank with dual overflow and dual return I will have a mag 18 for my return pump I was going to have a Tee return split the tube to each return. My question is can this be done and will it effect the flow from the return pump or is there a better way?
Thanks in advance

Yes you can do it. Some people prefer to use 45's as they cause less head loss. A Mag 18 will be more then enough though you should have a ball valve on the line so you can restrict flow as needed and also a check valve to protect you from a power outages reverse siphon effect.

I think its easier to hard plumb the return then use flex. The flex stuff isn't as flexible as it sounds, costs more, and can be difficult to position. You can use unions if you're worried about being able to take it apart. So, JMO, PVC with locline at the end so you can point the flow where you want to. The overflows I prefer drain hoses since they're easier to maneuver.
