well you should be able to simply put things back the way they were with not too much problem.. as long as you use the same filtration.. sand and rocks.. you shouldnt have much of a cycle if any!
as long as the move isnt like really long you should be fine I have moved the same tank several times with no problems. Of course, keep all the same sand and as much water as possible and dont thoroughly clean the filtration until the tank is up and running again for a while.
