Dumb Ro/DI Question

i was setting mine up and i read that they suggest that you mount it. can i just rest it on a shelf or is there a reason behind mounting it?

YA.. just make sure its not getting kicked around or whatever... only takes 2 screws to mount em..

nah it won't. it's downstairs. we dont use that floor of the house so it will be fine. it'll sit on top of the old washing machine. i'm not handy. i wouldn't trust myself hanging a picture.
