Durso Standpipe problems

My new durso style stand pipe is making a lot of gurggling noises. There are plenty of holes where the air can escape, but still the noise?

Its not made right IMO. There should only be one small hole in the top cap that can be adjusted to the right size thru expermenting.

The one I purchased stock when i got the tank had those holes but they were where the "L" street is at yours are too high. I don't have that kind anymore. Just the hole on the top.

Yeah it's not made correctly....Go to Dursostandpipes dot com and read the comentary on how to build them correctly with the correct size hole drilled.....I don't use the hole method I use the air valve on the top.
