Dwarf Angel in a 33 cube?

I'm trying to ge some feedback on an idea of putting a dwarf Angel (Coral Beauty or Flameback) into a 33 cube tank. The tank measures 20x18 (length and width.) Anybody see an issue with one of the Angels in a tank with those measurements? Its tankmates would be peaceful (Clowns, Gobies, that sort of thing.) I was just concerned about the horizontal swimming room, though Angels aren't necessarily back-and-forth swimmers (like Tangs.) There'll be plenty of live rock for the Angel.

I've got a Flame Angel in my 30 gallon... He seems to be doing fine. My buddy has a 30 gallon cube, though... I was concerned about the same thing when he decided to go with a tassle filefish, but the tassle seems to be doing alright with just swimming around in a square.

I had a coral beauty in my 33 gallon four foot long tank and it swam constantly, was only three inches also. I would think a four inch active fish would need more room, but a cherub may be alright as they stay quite small. I have been trying for one for my tank since the CB died but I've ordered two and one died quickly, the other was DOA.
