Can a flame angel and a bi colored angel be kept in the same tank. Tank is a 75 gallon reef.

Dear hobbyist , as long as there's plenty of room for each fish to have its own territory , they should be fine . Hiding places are a must for each fish ,so that neither fish feels threatened by the other . Enjoy the hobby ......

That combination is not very likely to work in the long run. Things may go allright initially, but the flame angel is a much more aggressive fish than the bicolor - and they are very prone to attacking any other fish from the same genus. The bicolor is by far the wimpiest, common Centropyge species and probably won't be able to stand up to the abuse in that size tank.
