Normally they don't, but if you have a larger tank (6'+) and plenty of rockwork it definitely can be done. As with all fish there is never a guarantee and there are always exceptions to the rules. I have also found that it makes a difference as to where the fish were collected. I have found that Flame Angels from the Christmas Islands normally aren't quite as aggressive to other dwarf angels.
