Dwarf Lion: Can it be kept in a reef tank?

If _all_ the fish and shrimp (would have to be large shrimp) were the size of the lion's max size. Could it be done without losing anything? I'm basically trying to see if there is any way to get some type of lion in a reef. I will be setting this up and doing the research on stuff for the next 3 months or so. The following are required in my tank (120 gallon):
1) Sailfin Tang
2) Large Manderin (as big as the lion's max size)
3) Snails/Hermits
4) SPS Coral and some softies
Thanks for your time!

I have a dwarf in my reef with basically no problems. I had one freak accident where he got spooked as I was cleaning the tank and in the process ate a chromis, but the chromis was much smaller than him. Other than that incident, the lion doesn't even look at my other fish. This includes more chromis and a clown that could all be easily eaten. He doesn't bother any of my coral either.

It would largely depend on the personality of the lion. Some are pretty peaceful and don't generally look at other fish as food... some will eat anything that moves. Basically, if there's no way the lion could fit the fish/invert in its mouth, then there's a chance. But like I said... it all depends.

Technically dwarf lions are reef safe. Some may munch on some shrimp and crabs, others will leave them be. They produce more waste than a lot of reef fishes, so that could cause a problem. They may also eat any fish that is small enough to be eaten. Bo
