there have been many posts regarding dwarf lion feeding (go to "search" and just type in "dwarf lion"..etc)...and the consensus was that they're very challenging to wean onto non-live food unlike big lions......I had a fuzzy dwarf lion before and it'd rather starve to death than accept non-live food....sad story......but at least you can try the following....do not feed your lion for a couple of days...so that it can build up its appetite......then attach a piece of food (i.e frozen shrimp..etc) to the end of a feeding stick and then wave it in front of lion...try not to scare him away.....or you can switch from rosies to live ghost shrimp or river shrimp...and try this method....good luck!

I've owned five dwarf lions and never had a problem weaning them off of live foods. Search the forums like pufferman said, I'm sure I've replied to the posts you'll find.
If you still have some trouble, I'll retype the system i used for the last five dwarf lions. Maybe I've been lucky, but never had a problem, enjoy your dwarf lion, they're great species.
