Dwarf lionfish..I hope

I decided on a dwarf lionfish, LFS had two of these, I just got the one until tank is ready, said dwarf on the tank..but now I'm not so sure. This fish is about 1 1/2 and it's in my 15 gallon while my 58 gallon is acclimating, a couple of snails, 2 hermits and 1 crab. I was checking out the pictures of other dwarves and it just dosen't look like them. Please tell me if this is a dwarf and if so what kind? Can anyone tell if it's male or female? Also I bought ghost shrimp, but I can't tell if it's eating..he is very secretive..the shrimp are gone, but I didn't see him/her eat it. Is there a good information site on these fish? It spends alot of time hopping around on the rocks, and hanging upside down. Any info would be great. Sorry if it's too big, but i wanted to show a good pic of it.

I know from the other day they said count the bands on the fins..but on this one, which bands.. do you know? Oh and the other one they had was not as bright, kinda faded..so I didn't know if it was female or sick?? Looked just like this pic

On the Zebras it is to hard to tell Male & Female, with fuzzy dwarfs it is pretty easy. If I had to guess it would be female, wait until it is more mature. Before feeding the ghost shrimp to your new lion, you should feed the ghost shrimp something nutritional first.
