In reality Dwarf Octopus come from FL waters but I haven't seen them for sale for years. I suspect they are protected now or extremely rare.

I dont think they are protected or rare either, Ive seen them from time to time in the shops. Im sure youd need some type of license though. Dont see the point in dwarfs though when tank raised bimacs are better in every single way, and if you stretch your limits a little bit, even a 20g tank should "work" for a bimac.
