Dwarf Zebra M/F ?

I recently bought a Dwarf Zebra Lion and was wondering if you can tell the difference between male and female. I thought i heard to count the stripes but wasnt sure if that was for fuzzies or for both. And if you count the stripes on the body or on the pectorial fins.?

As far as I there is no way to tell with zebras. I'm pretty sure you can figure it out for fuzzys by counting the stripes on its fins like you said. But I may be wrong :thinking:

Some say the stripes on the zebra just like the fuzzy and others say there is no way to tell. Frank Marini says "This species demonstrates very subtle sexual differences, and in my experience is impossible to --- by appearance."

Well there ya have it. Have to look under the fins.
