DYI sump for 65 gallon

I'm looking to build a sump/refugium for my 65 gallon reef tank that I'm hoping to start up after the holidays. Any suggestions on design will help for me. Let me know what you thinks works and doesn't work.

Any advise is greatly appreciated.

I just use plastic storage containers. larger one for a refugium and small one for the sump.
Few years back Wall mart had 30g containers for like $10 or so. Not sure of prices today though.

Are you handy? Melevsreef dot com has an excellent area to get you started on your sump and a lot of excellent illustrations as well.
