dying Perc Clown?

I recently introduced 2 Perc Clowns into my tank. All parameters are good, did a 2 hour drip accum. but one of the clowns just lies on the bottom breathing heavy.....has been doing this for 3 days....gets up once in a while for a swim that lays back down like it is exhausted? The other one is just fine.
Any ideas?

Was he fine when you got him home? How about in the bag he came in? When did the problem start? Notice anything besides heavy breathing and lying on the bottom?

was fine, was swimming around for the first bit, then went downhill....haven't noticed anything else, no other fish picking on it...doesn't look like it is breathing as heavy now.....but still lazes around the bottom, doesn't swim much.

Nope, looks healthy. Maybe just a wierd fish.....maybe extended shock? Seems to be swimming a little more now.
